Refund policy

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Change of Mind Returns We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. To be eligible: • Item must be unused and in original condition with tags attached • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for items not in original condition Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
